DL2App and Branch compared
Branch is a mobile measurement and linking suite. Its deep links sit inside a larger product: ad-network attribution, engagement banners, fraud tools. DL2App does the linking part and deliberately stops there.
That makes this an uneven comparison. Branch does more. The question is whether you need the rest, and whether you want to ask for a price.

When Branch is the better choice
- You buy paid installs and need ad-network attribution, SKAdNetwork support or fraud detection. DL2App has none of it.
- You need an SDK for Unity or another platform DL2App does not cover.
- You want web-to-app banners targeted by audience, with A/B tests.
What is different about DL2App
- The price is on the page and does not depend on conversions.
- No advertising identifiers and no tracking permission prompt, because there is no ad attribution.
- Each install is labelled with how it was matched, and ambiguous matches are dropped instead of guessed.
- You can leave with a working copy of your links.
What we are not sure of
- Branch's actual 2026 pricing is unknown to us; ask them. “100% matching” is Branch's own claim and no independent measurement of any vendor's match rate was found.
- Rows marked “not recorded” mean our research has no information, not that the feature is missing.
